2011-2023 6.7L Powerstroke Delete Kits — EGR, DPF, CCV Reroute & Tuner Harness

The 6.7L Scorpion is Ford’s best diesel — 475HP and 1,050 lb-ft in the high-output trim. It still ships with the same liabilities: a CP4 pump that can self-destruct, an EGR cooler that plugs solid, and a CCV system that coats the turbo inlet in oil mist. TruckTok covers the full 2011-2023 run with EGR valve and cooler delete kits, 4-inch DPF delete pipes, CCV/PCV reroute kits, SOTF switches, tuner harness plugs by generation, and EGT sensors for monitoring. All bolt-on for F-250 through F-550. Because 1,000 lb-ft should come without a check-engine light.

2013 Ram EGT sensors are M14x1.5 — this kit is correct

I bought a generic EGT bung kit first and it was M12 — would not fit the 2013 Ram sensors. The 2013+ 6.7 Cummins uses M14x1.5 EGT sensors and this TruckTok kit has the correct thread pitch. The bungs are CNC-machined and the weld-in plugs for the unused ports are included. If you have a 2013 specifically, do not buy a universal kit — get this one.

Prevents the CP4 from ingesting oil mist

2019 GMC Denali HD. The factory CCV routes oily vapor into the intake, where it mixes with EGR soot and forms a sludge that coats the intake valves and gets into the cylinders. On a CP4 truck that sludge is a ticking time bomb. This reroute kit is cheap insurance — keeps the intake air clean and keeps that oil vapor out of the combustion chamber. The billet aluminum block-off plate is CNC-machined and the hose is heavy-duty silicone. 30-minute install.
