  • The LS EGR & EVAP Block Off Plate Kit provides a clean solution for intake swaps, engine conversions, and off-road builds. Made from precision-machined billet aluminum, these plates seal unused EGR and EVAP ports to simplify the engine bay and prevent unwanted leaks.

Q: Does this item include the mounting bracket or bolts?

A: This plate caps only the intake port. To fully seal your system, you also need plates for the exhaust manifold and EVAP solenoid. check out LS EGR & EVAP Baffle Kit.

Q: Do I need gasket maker or silicone sealant during installation?

A:  No. The plate includes a pre-installed high-temperature silicone O-ring in a precision groove for a reliable vacuum seal without RTV or liquid sealants.

Q: Where does this intake block-off plate install on my LS engine?

A: It installs on the factory EGR tube port located on the LS truck intake manifold. Remove the OEM EGR tube, insert the billet block-off plug into the port, and secure it using the factory retaining bracket and bolt.
