DESCRIPTION

Product Overview

  • This targeted 3-filter maintenance package for 2015–2016 6.6L Duramax trucks balances engine protection with cab comfort. By bundling a high-flow engine air panel, a spin-on fuel filter, and a premium cabin air filter into a single set, this combo allows you to refresh your engine’s intake, fuel delivery, and interior breathing environment all in one service.
  • Engineered for trucks handling daily driving, heavy towing, or long-distance hauling, the engine air filter restores unrestricted airflow for smooth turbo response, the multi-stage fuel filter captures water and fine sediment to safeguard common-rail injectors, and the cabin air filter filters out road dust, exhaust odors, and pollen. This 3-in-1 maintenance kit is the ideal upgrade for truck owners who handle oil changes separately and want complete coverage for their remaining filtration needs.

Key Features

  • Activated carbon cabin media absorbs diesel exhaust odors, highway fumes, and pollen to ensure fresh, clean air inside the cab during long drives.
  • Multi-layered engine air panel with dense felt backing offers high dust-holding capacity, making it ideal for trucks moving between paved highways and dusty job sites.
  • Dual-stage fuel filter delivers exceptional water separation and fine particulate filtration to maintain stable fuel pressure and protect high-pressure injectors.
  • Precision-molded flexible polyurethane seal maintains structural integrity under intense engine heat, preventing unmetered air from bypassing the intake filter.
  • Comprehensive 3-in-1 maintenance set simplifies routine service by updating your engine intake, fuel system, and cabin airflow in a single convenient package.

Replacement Interval

  • Target 15,000 miles for routine engine air and fuel filter replacements (10,000 miles under severe duty or heavy towing), and replace the cabin air filter every 12,000–15,000 miles (or annually). Synchronizing all three components to a shared 15,000-mile maintenance schedule keeps your powertrain protected and your cabin air fresh on a simple, predictable routine.

FAQ

Q:How do I ensure the cabin air filter is installed in the correct airflow direction?

A: The cabin air filter features printed airflow arrows on its frame. During installation into your truck's glovebox HVAC housing, ensure the arrows point downward (in the direction of fan airflow) to optimize filtration and HVAC blower performance.

Q: Can I replace the air and fuel filters now and save the cabin filter for later?

A: Yes. Each filter in the kit is individually packaged. As long as the cabin air filter is stored in its original box in a dry, cool place, it will remain in optimal condition until you are ready to install it.

Q: How does the activated carbon layer in the cabin filter improve air quality?

A: The activated carbon layer works alongside electrostatic filter fibers to trap highway exhaust fumes, industrial odors, and seasonal pollen, keeping your truck's interior air fresh and odor-free.

Q: Do all three filters need to be replaced at the exact same mileage?

A: While engine air and fuel filters depend on mileage and towing loads, many owners find it convenient to service all three components together around the 12,000–15,000 mile mark for synchronized routine maintenance.

Q: Need oil filtration to complete this into a full four-filter service?

A: You can step up to our Full Maintenance Kit which includes the heavy-duty oil filter alongside the engine air, fuel, and cabin air filters for a complete single-order service.

TP3018 fuel plus A3141C air: LML CP4 survival kit

2013 Silverado 3500. The TP3018 fuel/water separator is the most important filter on the LML. This TruckTok TP3018 has the 10-micron Aquabloc media with the water-coalescing membrane. The A3141C engine air filter seals the LML airbox tight. The TP3018 housing on the LML frame rail is different from the L5P TP1015 housing, so make sure you order the right one. Two critical filters for the CP4.2 engine.

A3141C: LML air filter, also listed as GM 25945274

2013 Silverado 2500. The LML Duramax uses the A3141C air filter, also cataloged as GM 25945274. This is a different shape than the L5P A3231C and A3248C, do not mix them up. This TruckTok A3141C has the correct dimensions and the foam perimeter seal fills the LML airbox channel. The dry synthetic media does not restrict airflow and the filter minder stays green. 20K miles of dusty Texas ranch roads and the clean side is spotless.

A3141C air, cabin, TP3018 fuel: LML CP4 defense

2015 Silverado 3500. The LML CP4.2 is the same pump that fails in the Powerstroke. The TP3018 fuel filter is your primary defense. This TruckTok combo pairs it with the A3141C engine air filter and the cabin filter. The TP3018 has the 10-micron Aquabloc membrane for water separation and fits the LML frame-rail housing perfectly. The A3141C seals the LML airbox tight. Three filters, one order, cheaper than one dealer fuel filter.

A3141C plus cabin: LML air filters in one package

2016 GMC Sierra 2500. This combo pairs the LML A3141C engine air filter with the cabin filter. The A3141C is the correct shape for the 2011-2016 LML airbox, different from the taller L5P air filters. The cabin filter has activated carbon and slides in behind the glovebox in under a minute. Two easy filters to forget, one convenient box. At 20K the old cabin filter was covered in dust and pollen.

2011-2016 LML four-filter set with Allison transmission filter

2014 Silverado 2500. This kit covers TP3018 fuel filter, PF2232 oil filter, 29539579 Allison external spin-on, and A3141C engine air filter. The Allison filter threads onto the transmission cooler lines on the passenger side. Mine at 50K had normal clutch material on the magnet but the media was dark. Four critical filters in one box. Add a cabin filter separately if you want the full set.

LML triple: A3141C air, cabin filter, PF2232 oil

2015 Silverado 2500. The LML uses A3141C (also listed as GM 25945274) for the engine air filter, and it is a different shape from the L5P filters. This TruckTok kit includes the correct LML cabin filter and PF2232 oil filter. The PF2232 fits 2011-2019 Duramax oil filter housings. Everything fits. The air filter seal compresses into the LML airbox channel and the oil filter cap O-ring seats without leaking. Three filters, one box.

Complete 2014-2016 LML service kit: five filters

2016 Silverado 3500 dually. This is the full LML filter set: TP3018 fuel/water separator, PF2232 oil filter, 29539579 Allison external spin-on filter, A3141C engine air filter, and CP809 cabin air filter. The 29539579 Allison filter is the most overlooked maintenance item on these trucks. Five filters, one order. Dealer would charge north of $450. DIY with this kit and save the difference for diesel. The LML CP4 needs this level of filtration discipline.

A3141C engine air plus PF2232 oil filter: two service items, one box

2012 Silverado 2500. This combo pairs the LML engine air filter with the PF2232 oil filter. The PF2232 fits 2011-2019 Duramax housings and has the correct bypass valve pressure for the LML oil system. The A3141C is the LML-specific air filter. I change oil at 7500 and air at 15K, so I buy two of these combos and have a spare air filter on the shelf. Two quality filters, one convenient order.

CP809 cabin filter: fits 2014-2019 Silverado and Sierra

2015 Silverado 2500. The CP809 (also listed as CF11809) is the cabin air filter for 2014-2019 GM HD trucks. This TruckTok version has an activated carbon layer. The old filter at 25K miles was black with diesel exhaust residue and road dust. This one clicks in behind the glovebox in 30 seconds and the HVAC air is noticeably fresher. The carbon layer actually absorbs diesel smell, something the base filter does not do.
