  • This all-in-one delete kit physically replaces the entire EGR and throttle valve system with high-flow CNC-machined components. It permanently stops soot contamination, eliminates cooler leak risks, and removes the main airflow bottleneck at the intake.

A: No. All kits include a heavy-duty coolant bypass hose that safely re-routes coolant around where the original EGR cooler sat. This maintains continuous, proper coolant flow through the engine block without creating localized hot spots.
