Q: My Ram 3500 has the Aisin transmission. Will this file work for me?
A: No. This custom tuning package is strictly calibrated for trucks equipped with the 68RFE automatic transmission. It will NOT work on the high-output AS69RC Aisin transmission. Please double-check your transmission type before buying.
Q: Why do 2018–2021 Ram trucks need an extra cable to flash?
A: Starting in 2018, Ram trucks feature a factory firewall (SGW). To flash any tunes, you must use an SGW Bypass Cable (sold separately) to temporarily unlock the network under your dash. Once flashing hits 100%, you can safely unplug the bypass cable and drive.
Q: Do I need to buy a Switch-On-The-Fly (SOTF) switch to change power levels?
