Step 1 :

Pull both sides of the injector cover forcefully, remove the injector cover and foam pad, loosen the hose clamp, remove the bolt fixing the cooler, and remove the EGR pipe from the cooler side.

Step 2 :

Using the kit bolts, install the baffle part number G onto the valve cover port. If an additional pressure gauge is used, install the NPT threaded joint and gently push the lug along the side to remove the gasket from the EGR pipe on the cooler side.

Step 3 :

Open the coolant reservoir cap, then place the radiator drain plug under the front driver's side, position the EGR upstream pipe directly behind the removed EGR actuator, and remove the 2 bolts that connect the pipe to the EGR unit. Use the provided bolt part number I and factory gasket to install the turbine manifold plate.

Step 4 :

Use the 2 bolts on the turbine manifold, install the provided baffle/mounting plate using the same holes as the bolts, reuse the bolts, accompanying nuts and washers, and tighten the front coolant pipe to the stopper bracket.

Step 5 :

Remove the position of the lower coolant pipe from the hard pipe, use one of the provided hose clamps to secure the provided hose to the hard pipe, and reconnect the large electrical connector to the new bracket. Tie any remaining wiring to the bracket to ensure that it does not Damaged.
