Step 1 :

Disconnect the sensor plug. removed the EGR crossover pipe and the electrical connector on the EGR valve.Remove the EGR valve,Remove all existing gaskets and materials from the installation surface of the intake elbow.

Step 2 :

Install the intake block with the provided bolts. Ensure that both O-rings are fully seated.Remove the heat shield from the EGR bypass valve. The exhaust bypass will be removed together with EGR servo.Remove the crankcase breather tube that runs over the EGR cooler.

Step 3 :

Remove the exhaust cross bend fixed in place by two 15mm nuts. Install the small exhaust block plate.(*The block o that is not pre-drilled will be installed in place of the exhaust crossover elbow.)

Step 4 :

1.Install the other exhaust block off plate, reusing the factory hardware. The block off with the pre-drilled port will be installed on the back side of the exhaust manifold.
2.Re-install the crankcase breather tube.

Step 5 :

Use a wrench to install and secure the long nut.Fix both ends of the hose at the interface.Use a wrench or socket to install the black bracket and secure it with screws.

Step 6 :

The throttle valve is located on the driver's side, directly below the intake elbow. Remove the throttle body and install new throttle pipes, bolts, and washers.It is important to unplug the plug to prevent the throttle valve from permanently closing.

Q: Will I need to drill into my manifold to install an EGT probe?

A: No. The exhaust manifold block-off plate in this kit comes pre-drilled and pre-tapped, allowing you to screw your EGT sensor probe directly.

Q: Will removing the throttle valve affect how my engine shuts down?

A: Yes, slightly. You may notice a mild engine shudder when turning off the key. The factory valve slams shut to choke the engine instantly; without it, the engine dies naturally by cutting fuel, which is completely normal and safe.

Q: What is the difference between the 2013–2018 kit and the 2010–2024 kit?

A: Core dimensions are identical, but the 10–24 kit features optimized line routing, universal brackets, and extra adapters. This allows it to fit 10–12 models while remaining compatible with 13–24 6.7L Cummins trucks.

Q: Where are the two stainless steel block-off plates installed?
