Product Overview
-
Factory 6.7L DPF is a maintenance headache—prone to clogging, constant regens, and thousands in repair bills.
- This 4" mandrel-bent ss delete pipe replaces the restrictive CAT and DPF assembly with a single, free-flowing section.
- It permanently eliminates regen cycles, prevents DPF failures, and fully restores your engine's true performance and exhaust flow.
Key Features
- Premium T409 SS: Built to withstand intense EGTs and harsh road conditions, ensuring rust-resistance and long-term durability.
- Retains Factory Tailpipe: Precision mid-section replacement. bolts directly to stock rear tailpipe and exhaust tip, saving the high cost of a full-length exhaust system.
- Eliminate Sensor Failures: Factory DPF relies on 4 fragile sensors that constantly rust, fail, and trigger "Limp Mode." This straight pipe eliminates these failure points entirely.
- Unlock VGT Turbo Whistle: Ditch the factory restriction. Our 4" smooth pipe unleashes a deep V8 growl and the iconic Ford turbo whistle under acceleration.
- Drop Towing EGTs: Removed the restrictive DPF container, exhaust gases escape instantly. This dramatically lower EGTs under heavy towing to protect your turbo and extend engine life.

Q:Should I do an EGR delete and CCV reroute at the same time?

Q:Do I need to re-install or plug in factory exhaust sensors into pipe?
A:No. This is a straight pipe without sensor bungs. Once tuned truck, your computer turns off these sensors. You can simply unplug and remove the factory harness, or safely zip-tie it out of the way.
Q:How do I choose between the 4" race pipe, 4"and 5" full exhaust?
A:Choose 4" Cat & DPF Delete Pipe if you just want to delete the DPF and keep your exist tailpipe. Go with the 4" DP-Back full exhaust for a complete system from downpipe to tailpipe. Pick the 5" DP-Back full exhaust for high-horsepower builds that need maximum flow.
