Step 1 :

Disassemble the OEM exhaust system. Starting from the flange end of the downspout, unscrew the flange connection and loosen the clamp at the rear of the particle filter.

Step 2 :

Remove the metal hanger from the OE rubber hanger and the pipeline/sensor from the particle filter. Remove the DPF from the truck.

Step 3 :

1. Install #1 pipe by loosely tighten the flange to the flanged end of downpipe.
2.Install #2 pipe, placing hanger onto the OEM rubber mount and bolt-ing the flanges together at the rear end

Step 4 :

1.Measure the gap between the muffler and the middle pipe. Trim and install extension pipes as needed, which may require trimming to achieve a perfect fit.
2.With the shaft tube in place, install the muffler tube onto the shaft tube and support it with a bracket.

Step 5 :

Adjust the gap and appearance of the new system when the pipeline installation is loose. Tighten all clamps evenly, starting from the front flange connection and tightening all the way to the back.

Step 6 :

1.Install the bracket. The M10 bolt will be screwed into the support bolt. Secure the transmission dipstick to the bracket using 1/4-20 bolts, nuts, and washers.
2.The bracket will hold the coolant hose connector in place.
