2017 Ram 2500. Full emissions delete on the 68RFE truck. This plug kit had everything — the 2016-2018 trucks have a slightly different DEF tank harness configuration from the 2013-2015 and this kit has the correct plugs. No more corrosion in the connectors under the truck. The NOx sensor plugs are deep-reach to seal the sensor port on the exhaust. Took 15 minutes to cap everything.

2018 Ram 3500 HO with the Aisin. After deleting I had a tuner remote in and he said the harness was throwing open-circuit codes even with the delete tune loaded. Added this plug kit and the ghost codes disappeared. The plugs have the correct termination resistance so the ECU sees a closed circuit, not an open one. Clean tune flash, no CEL, no pending codes. The plugs are worth it for the tune quality alone.

2021 Ram 2500 with the CP4.2. The 2019+ trucks changed the DEF tank and NOx sensor connector styles from the 2016-2018 generation. This kit has the correct updated plugs. Weatherproof silicone boots on every connector and the NOx sensor plugs have the right thread pitch and seat. No leaks, no moisture, no salt intrusion after one Michigan winter.

2010 Ram 3500 dually. After my delete I was getting intermittent sensor rationality codes because the open connectors were picking up moisture. This plug kit eliminated all of them. Each plug has the correct resistor or termination so the ECU does not throw a circuit-open code. The plugs are labeled for which connector they go to — EGR, MAF bypass, DPF pressure, etc. No more guessing.

2008 Ram 3500 with the 68RFE. Deleted the DPF and the EGR and had three open factory connectors hanging — EGR valve, EGR throttle, and DPF pressure sensor. This plug kit seals all of them. The plugs are weather-sealed with silicone grommets so no moisture or road salt gets into the connectors. If you ever need to reverse the delete, just unplug the kit and reconnect the factory sensors. Clean solution.

2011 Ram 2500. I live in a county that might get emissions testing eventually, so I wanted to keep my factory harness intact and un-cut. This plug kit caps every connector that goes to the deleted components — EGR, swirl valve, DPF sensors — without cutting a single wire. The plugs click into the factory connectors just like the sensors do. When it is time to put it back to stock, everything is ready to plug back in.

2014 Ram 2500. The 2013+ trucks add DEF to the mix, which means more connectors to deal with when you delete — DEF injector, DEF tank heater, DEF level sensor, NOx sensors, plus the EGR and DPF stuff. This kit includes plugs for all of them. The DEF tank plugs are especially important because those connectors are exposed under the truck and will corrode fast if left open.
