DESCRIPTION

Product Overview

  • The 2017–2026 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke engine requires uncompromising multi-point filtration to maintain its heavy-duty performance. Substandard filters built with thin media and cheap rubber seals are highly susceptible to cracking or collapsing under thermal stress. Once these inferior components fail, they trigger oil drainback and allow abrasive road dust, moisture, and exhaust soot to bypass filtration—directly threatening to destroy sensitive common rail fuel pumps, turbochargers, and the air quality inside your cabin.
  • Our premium complete maintenance kit provides an all-around shield for your truck's powertrain and interior. Integrating a heavy-duty spin-on oil filter, the redesigned FD4625 dual-stage fuel filter set, a high-capacity cylindrical FA1927 air filter with an outer foam pre-filter, and a high-density HVAC cabin air filter, this package traps 99% of micro-abrasives and environmental contaminants. It guarantees stable hydraulic and fuel rail pressures while ensuring clean, dust-free airflow for both your engine intake and passenger cabin.

Key Features

  • Engineered with heavy-duty steel end caps, high-temp silicone seals, and resin-impregnated media to resist structural collapse under intense heat and high-pressure towing.
  • High-capacity FA1927 cylindrical air filter features deeply pleated media paired with a specialized outer foam pre-filter to trap heavy dust and ensure maximum clean airflow to your turbocharger.
  • High-density FP92 cabin air filter blocks harsh road dust, vehicle exhaust soot, and airborne allergens to maintain a clean, comfortable breathing environment inside the cab.
  • Engine oil filter delivers maximum multi-pass efficiency to capture destructive carbon soot, micro-metallic shavings, and motor sludge.

Replacement Interval

  • For peak performance, we recommend this service schedule for your 4-in-1 maintenance kit: Replace the FL2051S oil filter every 7,500–10,000 miles with each oil change (reduce to 5,000 miles under severe towing). Swap the FD4625 dual-stage fuel filters every 15,000 miles to protect your high-pressure fuel system, and change the FP92 cabin air filter every 12,000–15,000 miles (or annually) to maintain crisp airflow inside the cab. Lastly, replace the heavy-duty FA1927 cylindrical air filter every 30,000 miles under normal conditions, or shorten to 15,000 miles when operating in highly dusty, off-road, or construction environments.

FAQ

Q: What is the difference between the 2017–2019 and 2020–2026 engine kits?

A: The air filter design changed in 2020. The 2017–2019 kit uses the FA1927 air filter, while the 2020–2026 kit uses the updated FA2031 air filter.

Q: When should I include the Transmission Filter in my order?

A: Add the transmission filter if your truck has reached 30,000–50,000 miles, if you are performing a transmission fluid flush, or if you frequently tow heavy loads. If you are only doing a standard oil and fuel change, the basic engine kit is sufficient.

Q: What happens if I fail to replace these filters on time?

A: Skipping filter replacements leads to dirty oil and fuel clogging your injectors or high-pressure fuel pump (CP4), restricted airflow cutting engine power and fuel efficiency, and dirty transmission fluid causing rough shifting, slippage, or severe transmission failure.

Q: How do I choose the right filter package for my truck?

A: Choose based on your maintenance needs: Select the Complete Kit (Oil, Fuel, Air, Cabin & Transmission) for full major service, the Basic Engine Kit (Oil, Fuel, Air & Cabin) for routine engine oil and fuel tune-ups, or the Transmission Kit if you are only servicing your transmission fluid.

Same Racor construction as FD4625AA Motorcraft: I cut them both

2022 F-250. I buy one Motorcraft and one TruckTok FD4625 every other change and dissect the used ones. The pleat count, media thickness, Aquabloc membrane coating, center tube gauge, and O-ring material are identical. The only difference is the logo printed on the end cap. The 6.7L common rail system runs at 30,000 psi, you need a real filter not a white-box copy. TruckTok delivers Motorcraft quality without the Motorcraft price. Verified by a diesel mechanic with a bandsaw.

2016-2019 CCV filter: fits my 2017, worth doing at 50K

2017 F-250. The CCV oil separator on the driver-side valve cover uses this FL2077 filter cartridge. At 55K miles mine was completely saturated and the canister had sludge in the bottom. Replaced with this TruckTok filter, the media is the same synthetic fiber as Motorcraft and the end caps seal against the housing. The crankcase pressure is back to normal and I am not pushing oil past the rear main. This is a maintenance item Ford barely documents but it is real.

FA2031: Gen 3 airbox upgrade over the FA1927

2021 F-450. The 2020+ 6.7L went to a larger airbox to support the higher-output tune. The FA2031 is a bigger filter than the FA1927: more pleats, more surface area, more dirt capacity. This TruckTok FA2031 fits the Gen 3 airbox precisely. The dry synthetic media holds dirt without the restriction of an oiled filter. I run gravel roads daily and the filter minder is still green at 20K miles. The turbo inlet is clean as inspected during oil changes.

FP92: activated carbon keeps diesel smell out of the cab

2019 F-350. The FP92 cabin filter fits behind the glovebox in all 2017+ Super Duty cabs. This TruckTok version has an activated carbon layer that Motorcraft charges extra for as a premium filter. Driving through construction zones, the dust and diesel fumes stay outside. The filter slides in easily and the access door latches closed. Change it once a year, your lungs will notice the difference.

CP4 recall era truck: I do not gamble on cheap filters

2022 F-350 with the CP4.2. My pump is still original and the recall has not been done yet. Every filter change I use TruckTok four-filter kit. The FD4625 has Racor-spec water separation, the FL2051s has the correct cold-start bypass, the FA2031 seals without dust bypass, and the FP92 keeps silica dust out of the cab. At 120K miles the CP4 is still quiet and the fuel pressure is steady. Quality filtration is a CP4 survival strategy.

FT202: 2023+ 10R140 external filter

2024 F-250. The 2023+ 6.7L uses the 10R140 TorqShift with an external spin-on transmission filter, FT202. This is different from the FT187 used on the 2011-2022 6R140 and 10R140. This TruckTok FT202 has the correct 20-micron media and the anti-drainback diaphragm. The filter threads on smoothly and seals against the housing. I changed mine at 30K during the first fluid service and the magnet inside was clean. The 10R140 is an expensive transmission, protect it.

2017+ HFCM is different: FD4625 is the right part number

2021 F-250. I almost bought FD4615 by mistake because I assumed all 6.7L filters were the same. They are not. The 2017+ HFCM uses FD4625 with a different cap thread pitch and filter height. This TruckTok FD4625 drops right in, the cap seats flush, and the water-in-fuel sensor works normally. The FL2051s is the same across all years. If you have a 2017+ truck, FD4625 only.

FA1927 plus FP92: correct for the 2017-2019 airbox

2018 F-250. The 2017-2019 airbox opening is slightly different from 2020+, the FA1927 is the correct Gen 2 filter. This combo includes the FP92 cabin filter which fits all 2017+ cabs. The engine filter seal is thick foam that compresses evenly. The cabin filter has the charcoal layer. One package, two filters, perfect fit. If you have a 2017-2019, make sure you get FA1927 not FA2031.

FA1927: 2017-2019 specific, fits without forcing

2018 F-250. The 2017-2019 airbox opening is slightly narrower than the 2020+. This TruckTok FA1927 has the correct dimensions for the Gen 2 airbox. The foam seal around the perimeter is the same thickness as Motorcraft and compresses evenly when the lid latches. The dry synthetic media has high dust-holding capacity and does not shed fibers. Checked the turbo compressor wheel at 15K miles with this filter and it is spotless, no dusting, no erosion.

Three-filter kit: fuel, oil, and air in one box

2019 F-350. This set covers the three engine filters: FD4625 for the HFCM, FL2051s for oil, and FA1927 for the airbox. Same Racor-spec Aquabloc media and full-synthetic oil filter construction I have come to expect from TruckTok. The FA1927 seals the Gen 2 airbox properly. If you do not need the cabin filter, this is the kit. Everything fits and the price is about 30 percent less than buying Motorcraft individually.

FD4625: 2017+ HFCM primary with correct water separation

2020 F-350. The 2017+ 6.7L frame-rail HFCM uses the FD4625 fuel filter, different from the 2011-2016 FD4615. This TruckTok FD4625 has the 10-micron Aquabloc synthetic media with the water-coalescing membrane that strips emulsified water from diesel before it ever reaches the engine-bay secondary filter. I drain the HFCM water separator monthly and this filter catches everything. Fuel pressure is rock steady at 60 psi. CP4 insurance starts with fuel filtration.

FD4625 plus FL2051s: covers 2017-2025 fuel and oil

2019 F-350. This combo pairs the FD4625 frame-rail fuel filter with the FL2051s oil filter. The FD4625 is the correct filter for the 2017+ HFCM, do not buy FD4615 which is the 2011-2016 filter. The cap threads smoothly, the O-ring seats without pinching, and the water drain works normally. The FL2051s fits all 6.7L oil filter housings 2011-2025. If you do oil every 5K and fuel every 10K, staggering the changes, just buy two combos and keep the extra on the shelf.

2017 6.7L original CP4 at 160K: filtration matters

2017 F-350. Original CP4 pump at 160K miles. The 2017 was the first year of the Gen 2 6.7L and the CP4 failures started showing up around 60-80K. I have been running TruckTok filter sets since 20K miles. This four-filter kit covers everything: fuel, oil, engine air, and cabin air. The FD4625 strips water before it hits the pump, the FL2051s keeps the oil clean, and the air filters keep dust out of the engine and lungs. Filtration is not where you save money on a 6.7L.

2022 F-250 Tremor: both filters, one box, perfect fit

2022 F-250 Tremor. The FA2031 engine air filter drops into the Gen 3 airbox with zero forcing. The lid latches tight and the filter minder stays green. The FP92 cabin filter is easy to access behind the glovebox and the activated carbon layer keeps out diesel fumes and dust. Two filters that dealers charge over $120 for, combined under $50 from TruckTok. Same quality, no brand tax.

FL2077: most 6.7L owners do not know this filter exists

2018 F-350. The 6.7L Powerstroke has a CCV crankcase ventilation oil separator on the valve cover that uses a replaceable filter element, Motorcraft FL2077. Most owners never change it. At 60K miles mine was black and caked with sludge. If this filter clogs, crankcase pressure builds and you blow seals. This TruckTok replacement is a direct fit, same dimensions, same media density. Change it every 50-60K miles along with your CCV service. Do not skip this filter.

Full 2023+ service kit: four filters, one click

2023 F-250. This is the complete 2020+ 6.7L filter kit: FD4625 frame-rail fuel filter, FL2051s oil filter, FA2031 engine air filter, and FP92 cabin air filter. Everything fits. The FD4625 has the correct cap O-ring and Aquabloc membrane, the FL2051s has the right bypass spec for the DCR pump trucks, the FA2031 fits the Gen 3 airbox, and the FP92 cabin filter slides in behind the glovebox. One order, four filters, zero parts store runs. This is my 7500-mile service kit.

Gen 2 6.7L full kit: FA1927 for the 2017-2019 airbox

2018 F-250. This is the correct four-filter set for a 2017-2019 6.7L: FD4625 fuel, FL2051s oil, FA1927 air, and FP92 cabin. The FA1927 fits the Gen 2 airbox, it is slightly shorter than the FA2031 used on 2020+ trucks. Everything else is the same fuel and oil architecture across years. Filter minder stays green at 15K, oil pressure steady, and the cabin filter catches all the road dust. Dealership would charge north of $200 for this same service. One box, four filters, done.

2023 F-350: FA2031 fits the Gen 3 airbox, FP92 keeps the cab fresh

2023 F-350. The 2023+ 6.7L HO uses a bigger airbox and the FA2031 is the correct Gen 3 filter, taller and wider than the 2017-2019 FA1927. The FP92 cabin air filter is the same across all 2017+ Super Duty cabs. Both filters are dry synthetic media. The engine air filter seals the perimeter perfectly and the cabin filter has an activated carbon layer that actually removes diesel smell from the HVAC. Great combo at a price that beats buying Motorcraft separately.
