2022 L5P — ghost codes gone after plugs installed

2022 Silverado 2500. After my delete tune was loaded I still had P20EE and P249D pending codes. The tuner said those are rationality codes from the NOx sensors seeing an open circuit. Installed this plug kit, cleared the codes, and they never came back. The plugs have the right resistance to simulate a sensor still being connected. 10K miles since and the truck runs clean with no CEL.

2020 L5P — 9th injector and DEF line heater covered too

2020 GMC Denali HD. The 2020+ L5P adds a 9th injector for DPF regeneration and a heated DEF line. This kit has plugs for both. The 9th injector connector is a different style than the other injectors and the kit has the correct plug. Also has the DEF tank heater and pump connectors. Installed in about 20 minutes — all under-truck connectors are reachable without dropping the tank.

2018 L5P — more connectors than LML, all covered

2018 Silverado 3500. The L5P has a more complex emissions system than the LML — more NOx sensors, a different EGR cooler bypass setup, and additional pressure sensors. I was worried a generic kit would miss some, but this TruckTok L5P-specific kit had plugs for everything. The connectors are all OEM-style with locking tabs and the grommets seal tightly. EZ Lynk tuner confirmed — no open-circuit codes with these

2016 Silverado 2500. Had my tuner remote in after the delete and he said the harness was showing several open-circuit codes that the tune would need to mask. Added this plug kit, he re-checked, and the open circuits were gone because the plugs have the correct termination. That means fewer custom tune parameters and a cleaner flash. The plugs are cheap insurance for a clean tune.
