DESCRIPTION

Product Overview

  • The unrefined 07.5-12 factory DPF system forces frequent, active regeneration cycles that dump raw diesel into your cylinders, dilute your engine oil, and cause severe soot buildup.
  • Avoid a $3,000 dealership bill for an outdated, clogged emissions canister. This premium 4" Stainless Steel Delete Pipe serves as the most affordable, permanent reliability cure for your high-mileage Ram truck.
  • Features a clean, bung-free design that eliminates the need to reuse rusted, fragile factory sensors. It drops EGTs by up to 200°F, improves fuel mileage, and unleashes a deep, crisp Cummins exhaust growl
Key Features
  • Heavy-Duty T409 SS: Built entirely from thick-gauge T409 stainless steel to defend against severe underbody heat shocks, road debris, and corrosive winter salt.
  • Bung-Free Reliability: Eliminate the nightmare of seized components. This clean pipe design allows you to leave old, rusted sensors unplugged, secure the harnesses safely to the frame, and run zero flow restrictions.
  • Cure Age-Related DPF Clog: Completely remove the restrictive, end-of-life factory canister. Restore engine breathing room, optimize combustion efficiency, and reverse sluggish throttle response.
  • Perfect Daily-Driver Balance: The uniform 4" diameter maintains optimal low-end exhaust velocity and vital torque for towing, while it shields the interior cab from deafening highway drone.

FAQ

Q: Can I bolt this full 4" Turbo-Back exhaust on and drive away on stock factory tuning?

A: No, Without an ECU remap from a delete-capable tuner, your truck will instantly enter Limp Mode and lock the throttle. You must flash your truck before the first startup to deactivate emission codes permanently.

Q: Why does this single SKU fit both 07.5-09 and 10-12 model years if they have different emissions setups?

A: Because this dual-pipe kit includes two separate intermediate pipe segments to bridge the structural gap.07.5-09 trucks Use the designated segment to delete the standalone DPF core.10-12 trucks: Ram introduced the DEF fluid system. provides the extended layout to delete both the DPF core and the restrictive SCR segment at once.

Q: Can I use the same EGR delete kit for both model 6.7L ram trucks?

A: No. The EGR cooler geometry and coolant line interface locations are completely different. You must select the specific kit based on your truck's model year 07-09 EGR Kit or 10+ EGR Kit.

EGTs at idle dropped 200 degrees

One thing people do not talk about with DPF deletes: idle EGTs. With the DPF my 2012 Ram idled at 400-450 degrees because of the constant backpressure and occasional regen. After this race pipe, idle EGT is 200-220 degrees. That is cooler at idle than most gas engines. Cooler running means longer turbo life and happier everything under the hood.

Truck finally sounds like a real Cummins

2007.5 Ram 2500 — the first year of the 6.7L with the DPF. The factory exhaust sounded like a vacuum cleaner. This 4-inch race pipe gives it a deep, throaty idle and a clean turbo whistle through the pipe. Not straight-piped loud — still very livable in the cab at highway speed. But now when you stand next to the truck at idle you actually hear a Cummins, not a DPF muffled hum. This is the sound the 6.7 should have had from the factory.

Oil analysis tells the real story

I have been doing Blackstone analysis on my 2009 Ram every oil change. Before the DPF delete, my oil soot was at 2.1% at 5000 miles. That is DPF regen injecting fuel into the cylinders and washing soot into the oil. After deleting the DPF with this race pipe, my soot is at 0.3% at 7500 miles. The oil stays amber even at change time instead of turning black at 2000 miles. This mod paid for itself in longer oil change intervals alone.

Get your tune ready before ordering

The pipe is excellent — thick 304 stainless, nice welds, complete kit with clamps and gaskets. One star off because some of the flange bolt holes were slightly undersized and I had to run a drill bit through them to get the bolts to pass cleanly. Probably a burr from the CNC punch. Minor issue and easily fixed. Otherwise the pipe fits perfectly and the truck sounds like a Cummins should.

Perfect fit — factory hangers line up

2008 Ram 2500. I have installed a few delete pipes and some of them hang crooked or rattle against the frame. This TruckTok pipe uses the factory exhaust hangers and everything lined up perfectly. The slip joints are well-sized and the clamps are heavy-duty band clamps, not the cheap U-bolt kind that crush the pipe. The 4-inch tubing gives a deep, clean exhaust note without being obnoxious.

DPF was regenning every 80 miles — done with that

2010 Ram 2500. The DPF on these 6.7 Cummins is a nightmare. Mine started regenning every 80 miles after about 120K. 15 mpg highway on a good day, 400-degree EGTs at idle during regen, and a constant fear of the DPF cracking and taking out the turbo. This TruckTok 4-inch race pipe replaced the DPF and the truck instantly runs cooler. No more regen cycles, no more diesel in the oil. 24K miles since delete and zero issues.

Went from 14 to 21 mpg highway

2011 Ram 3500 dually with the G56 manual. The DPF regen was killing my fuel economy — 14 mpg highway unloaded. After installing this race pipe and a delete tune, I am getting 21 mpg on the same route. That is a 50% improvement. The pipe itself is 4-inch 304 stainless with smooth mandrel bends. Bolted directly to the factory downpipe and the factory tailpipe section. Took about two hours with basic tools.

Is the hanger in the same place for a 2014 ram

TruckTok

No. If you need the exhaust pipe from the 2014 Ram model, you can check to see if this product is what you need.
