How it Installation?
Installation instructions
Step 1 :
Remove the intake pipe of the Charge Air Cooler .Pull the spring clip until the end of the spring clip is located in the pawl of the quick connect connector.Release the clamp and remove the CAC intake pipe.
Step 2 :
Release the fixing lug of the crankcase ventilation oil separator outlet hose,Disconnect the crankcase ventilation oil separator outlet hose from the lower intake manifold.Remove the bolts of the crankcase ventilation oil separator, and then remove the crankcase ventilation oil separator.
Step 3 :
Install a circular plug provided in the kit on the port of the feed inlet that was exposed after removing the ventilation hose from the factory.
Step 4 :
Install the fuel filter and bracket assembly in sequence, then install and tighten the bolts of the fuel filter and bracket assembly. Install and tighten the new fuel injection pump supply pipe assembly bracket bolts.
Step 5 :
Finally, connect the fuel filter injector return pipe, fuel filter intake pipe, fuel filter outlet pipe, and charge air cooler intake pipe, and check the turbocharger and engine intake system.
Step 6 :
1.Install the bracket. The M10 bolt will be screwed into the support bolt. Secure the transmission dipstick to the bracket using 1/4-20 bolts, nuts, and washers.
2.The bracket will hold the coolant hose connector in place.
