How it Installation?
Installation instructions
Step 1 :
Remove the intake pipe and intake box. then remove the heat shield on the EGR hot side pipe shown in the circle below, which connects the EGR valve to the cooler and Y-shaped bridge. Then remove the six 13mm head bolts that secure the pipeline.
Step 2 :
Remove all eight bolts securing the Y-bridge to the intake runners. the Y-bridge will move slightly forward, then upward and out of position. Note that the 10mm head bolts will remain in the holes of the Y-bridge due to the OEM rubber inserts. However, be extremely vigilant to prevent any hardware or parts from falling out, as both intake runners are exposed during this process.
Step 3 :
After removing the Lower EGR Valve, proceed to install the provided Steel Manifold block-off plate, equipped with a new gasket and necessary hardware, onto the exhaust manifold. During this installation, reuse two of the original studs and nuts, and ensure they are torqued to 25 foot-pounds.
Step 4 :
Locate the Bridge Block Off Plate Supplied 8mm flange head bolts, and gasket. Install block off plate on to Y-Bridge and torque flange bolts to 25 ft lbs.
Step 5 :
The coolant pipes in the kit can be installed onto the upper turbine coolant pipe using OEM spring clamps. The brass inverted hook will be connected to the OEM coolant pipeline, which is connected to the coolant tank hose near the battery through a T-shaped joint.
Step 6 :
1.Install the bracket. The M10 bolt will be screwed into the support bolt. Secure the transmission dipstick to the bracket using 1/4-20 bolts, nuts, and washers.
2.The bracket will hold the coolant hose connector in place.
