Step 1 :

Remove the strap clamp from the downpipe of the turbine. Loosen the bolts at the fixture to a sufficient degree, and then use a flat head screwdriver to pry the fixture out of the flange at three positions. remove the clamp.

Step 2 :

Place the metal hanger on the #1 downpipe into the upper hole of the hanger bracket or rubber insulation board, and install the downpipe using the factory turbine belt clamp. Loose clamping fixtures not only fix the pipeline in place but also allow it to move. Re fix the hanger to the transmission with bolts.

Step 3 :

Install pipe #2 Connect one end of the sloping surface to the tail end of the # 1 downpipe and tighten it loosely with a fixture. Place the hanger together into the OEM rubber hanger.

Step 4 :

Connect the muffler replacement pipe #3 to the first section of the factory shaft pipe, and if necessary, cut it to a suitable length to fit the pipe.

Step 5 :

Next, install the #2 pipeline to the end of the #3 and OEM tailpipe.
Starting from pipe #1, tighten the scroll belt clamp and continue tightening until the rear connection, while tightening the clamp. Check the gap.

Step 6 :

1.Install the bracket. The M10 bolt will be screwed into the support bolt. Secure the transmission dipstick to the bracket using 1/4-20 bolts, nuts, and washers.
2.The bracket will hold the coolant hose connector in place.

A: If your truck is a 11-15.5 model equipped with a V-Band style clamp off the turbo downpipe, this pipe is a direct bolt-on fit. If truck is a 15.5-16 model with a 3-bolt flange connection, this pipe will not work. It also does not fit Cab & Chassis trucks.

Q: Will this kit fix my LML's EGR and intake sludge issues?

A: This pipe frees up your exhaust, but it won't stop oily PCV mist from mixing with dry EGR soot to clog your intake manifold with thick sludge. Pair this pipe with LML EGR Delete Kit and a CCV Reroute Kit for a complete, top-to-bottom reliability cure.
