DESCRIPTION
Product Overview
- Heavy-duty trucks like late-model Chevy and GMC models don't just need longer blades — they require uniform downforce across 24 inches of glass. Standard generic blades often lift at the ends on modern cab-forward windshields, leaving streaky edges. The TruckTok 24" Beam Blade Pair is tensioned with a heavy-duty spring steel core designed specifically for the sweep arc of large truck windshields, ensuring total coverage in heavy downpours.
- Molded with a precision deep-socket to perfectly capture the standard 19mm Top Lock (Push Button) factory arm, this pair locks into place in under a minute with zero clunky adapters required. Please verify your truck uses equal-length 24" blades and the 19mm push button connector before ordering
Key Features
- A longer blade demands a stiffer, more precisely tensioned spring core. The heavy-duty steel beam inside these blades is engineered to maintain uniform contact across the full 24-inch sweep, eliminating the end lift that plaguesgeneric universal-fit blades on modern curved windshields.
- The aerodynamic spoiler runs the full blade length and features a deeper wind profile than our 22" version — proportionally scaled to generate the extra downforce required for the larger 24" surface area. At highway speeds, it converts oncoming airflow into consistent pressure to keep both blade tips firmly planted.
- Featuring premium, precision-cut rubber elements, this blade instantly clears heavy rain, highway spray, and mud without chatter or streaks. The outer shell is formulated with UV inhibitors and thermal stabilizers, preventing the cracking and fading that longer blades are exposed to under intense direct sun.

Before You Buy
- Check the Length: Both driver and passenger blades must be exactly 24 inches (610mm). This is a symmetrical setup — same size on both sides. Confirm your owner’s manual calls for 24" on both sides before ordering.
- Check the Interface: Your factory wiper arm must have a 19mm Push Button / Top Lock connector — a square button on top of a flat arm.
Crucial Notice Before Installation
- Remove the Protective Sleeve: Every wiper blade comes with a colored green plastic protective sleeve covering the rubber element. You MUST slide this cover off before your first use. Installing the blades with the sleeve on will cause smudging and the blades will not clear your windshield.
FAQ
Q: How do I know if my truck uses 24" blades on both sides?
A: Grab a tape measure and check your current wipers. If both the driver and passenger blades are exactly 24" (600mm) AND your truck uses the 19mm Push Button (Top Lock) connector, this set is a perfect fit. If your passenger side is shorter (like 22"), you have an asymmetric setup — do not buy this symmetric 24" pair
Q: Why would I buy 24" instead of the standard 22"?
A: Your truck's windshield and wiper motor were engineered together for a 24" sweep. Downsizing to a 22" "one-size-fits-most" blade leaves noticeable blind spots at the top and bottom of your windshield. Matching your factory size ensures maximum visibility during heavy downpours.
Q: Will these blades handle the weight of wet snow?
A: Our heavy-duty spring core is precision-tensioned to push through moderate rain, mud, and light snow without lifting. However, for heavy, packed winter snow, we highly recommend clearing your windshield manually before turning on your wipers to protect your truck's wiper motor from damage
Q: Is the green plastic sleeve supposed to stay on?
A: No. Remove it. The green strip protects the rubber edge during shipping. Slide it off before your first wipe. If the blades smear on first use and you didn’t remove the green strip — that’s the issue.
Q: Need 22" blades for a different truck or a multi-fit backup set?
A: For standard 22" push button trucks, see our 22" Push Button beam blade pair. If you want one set that adapts to any truck in your fleet, our 24" Universal Multi-Fit blades include 6 adapters for all major connector types.
