Product Overview

  • The factory 6.7L Cummins recirculates hot, soot-heavy exhaust back into your intake while restricting fresh air via a redundant throttle butterfly valve.
  • Over time, this causes severe carbon sludge buildup, clogged intake valves, and internal EGR cooler leaks that lead to sudden coolant loss and potential hydro-lock.
  • This all-in-one delete kit physically replaces the entire EGR and throttle valve system with high-flow CNC-machined components. It permanently stops soot contamination, eliminates cooler leak risks, and removes the main airflow bottleneck at the intake.

Q: What is the pre-tapped 1/8" NPT port on the exhaust plate for?

A: It lets you directly thread in an aftermarket EGT probe to monitor exhaust gas temperatures while towing—saving you from having to drill into exhaust manifold manually.

Q: Do I need to remove the cylinder head or exhaust manifold to install this kit?

A: No. The entire kit is designed as a direct bolt-on replacement for the factory emissions components. You do not need to remove the head or manifold, though basic hand tools and standard mechanic knowledge are recommended.

Q: What happens to the factory EGR electronic plugs after removal?

A: The stock electrical connectors will remain disconnected. We recommend wrapping them with Tuner Harness Plug and securing them out of the way with zip ties to protect them from heat and moisture.

9/10 great over all but the hose was slightly too small in diameter, I was able to make it work for now but I plan on replacing. To their credit it was more hose than needed and cutting some off is way easier that extending 😂

It worked great, my buddy put the egr delete on in about an hour and a half, got the delete piped from another company but took us a total of 4 hours on a random Wednesday to do the full T/D on my 16 Cummins

Did the job easy install

Would be a 5 if it included new gaskets. Mine has 239k miles on them and leaked. Had to get new ones. The pre tapped hole in the rear plate leaks badly too. And I've torque it down. Will try thread locker to seal it up.
