Step 1 :

1.Go to the driver side of the engine look for silicone hosegoing to the Intake manifold look at picture bellow.
2.Remove the hose clamps and slide down the silicone hose use some oil or grease so it lets you easier to slide it down.

Step 2 :

Once You block off intake (cold) side, your intake manifold air volume and geometry will not be messed by EGR tubing. There will be no chance of sucking air from EGR manifold, and that way causing an air leak. Same thing is for exhaust(hot) side, your exhaust manifold geometry will be again according to factory spec.

Step 3 :

1.Remove 2 V-band clamps that hold the Flex pipe going from EGR Cooler to EGR Valve. Use 10mm deep socket wrench to remove the bolts from the clamps, take fatcrew driver to pop out the flex pipe.
2.Insert flat round plug in to the EGR valve. Replace new metal gasket included in the kit, insert flex pipe back in make sure surface for the plug and gasket is nice and clean. Bolt the v-band clamps back in.

Step 4 :

Use the 2 bolts on the turbine manifold, install the provided baffle/mounting plate using the same holes as the bolts, reuse the bolts, accompanying nuts and washers, and tighten the front coolant pipe to the stopper bracket.

Step 5 :

Remove the position of the lower coolant pipe from the hard pipe, use one of the provided hose clamps to secure the provided hose to the hard pipe, and reconnect the large electrical connector to the new bracket. Tie any remaining wiring to the bracket to ensure that it does not Damaged.
