How it Installation?
Installation instructions
Step 1 :
1. On the passenger side remove intake pipe, turbo... ect, To remove EGR Cooler to get to the V-band Clamp From EGR Cooler and Exhaust manifold with10mm Deep Socket.
2. Remove Coolant line on top ofthe thermostat housing and plug it with plug included in the kit.
Step 2 :
1.Once Clamp Removed take out EGR Cooler Install New plug and Gasket included in the kit on the collector install V-band Clamp. Continue removing EGR Components around the engine.
2.Remove Coolant line on top ofthe thermostat housing and plug it with plug included in the kit.
Step 3 :
1.Locate coolant line going from OlL Cooler to the 7th injector. Behind The rear of the turbo. Remove the line and Plug it with plug provided in the kit in tothe OlL Cooler Housing.
2.Locate elbow bellow EGR Cooler on the rear side of the engine. X2 13mm Socket bolts. Install New Plug with New gasket included in the kit.
Step 4 :
1.Locate EGR Cooler pipe going from Water pump bellow front of the turbo.Remove 1x 10mm bolt and 1x 13mm bolt and remove the pipe.
2. Install freeze plug in to water pump.
Step 5 :
Remove the position of the lower coolant pipe from the hard pipe, use one of the provided hose clamps to secure the provided hose to the hard pipe, and reconnect the large electrical connector to the new bracket. Tie any remaining wiring to the bracket to ensure that it does not Damaged.
