Step 1 :
Starting from the rear of the truck, loosen the clamp that secures the exhaust assembly to the DPF, and then remove the assembly from the rubber isolator on the frame to free the exhaust pipe assembly. Note: lubricants can be used to make it easier to remove hangers from rubber isolators.
Step 2 :
Firstly, slide the # 1 front pipe over two crossbeams and connect it to the downpipe using factory fixtures and gaskets. Ensure that the hanger is located in the rubber isolator and loosely secure the pipes and clamps for future adjustments.

Step 3 :
Now hang the axle and taipipe combo #5 & #6,so that the pipes are fully engaged in their respective hangers and are seated into each other.
Step 4 :
1.Install muffler tube replacement part # 4 onto one end of the shaft tube.
2.Measure the distance between the muffler pipe and the front pipe #1, which is the extension length you need. Choose extension pipes # 3 and # 2 according to the wheelbase requirements, and if necessary, cut them appropriately to fit your truck.
