Step 1 :

Remove the dipstick and plastic engine hood secured in place with four 8mm bolts, disconnect the sensor plug, and remove the EGR crossover pipe and electrical connector.

Step 2 :

Remove all existing gaskets and materials from the installation surface of the intake elbow and install the intake block with the provided bolts. Ensure that both O-rings are fully seated.

Step 3 :

Remove the EGR servo system (still connected to the mounting bracket) and exhaust bypass from the vehicle, and remove the crankcase vent pipe above the EGR cooler. In addition, disconnect the two coolant lines to the EGR cooler and install a small exhaust block plate.

Step 4 :

Remove the EGR cooler by pulling it up and out towards the front of the vehicle, installing another exhaust block from the board, and reusing the factory hardware. A stopper with pre drilled ports will be installed on the rear side of the exhaust manifold. And reinstall the crankcase ventilation pipe.

Step 5 :

Connect the provided bracket to the head mounting hole where the EGR cooler bracket is located. Use the existing bolts and bolt holes directly behind the vertical coolant pipeline. Connect the dipstick tube and coolant tube bracket to the other end of the provided bracket using the provided hardware.
