-Installation:
Installation typically takes approximately 1 hour using basic hand tools in the convenience of your driveway or garage, and can be completed even more efficiently with access to an automotive lift. Modifications may be necessary for bed/cab configurations with a shorter wheelbase.
Tuner Required: The removal of the DPF, CAT, SCR, and/or DOC necessitates the elimination of emission-related sensors. A DPF delete capable tuner is essential to prevent the activation of any check engine light or diagnostic trouble codes.
Benefits: You can expect a significant increase in fuel efficiency.If your DPF is clogged, you are likely averaging around 13-14 mpg, depending on the level of blockage;After removing the DPF/CAT, anticipate achieving a combined mileage of 18-19 mpg.
