How it Installation?
Installation instructions
Step 1 :
Remove the intake pipe and disconnect the clips and brackets that secure the two coolant lines of the EGR cooler. Remove the pipeline. Remove the clamp on the coolant pipe. Disconnect the pipeline and install the provided straight hook fittings.
Step 2 :
Pull off the vacuum line at the top of the EGR system and use the provided rubber cover to remove the hard plastic line from the rubber 90 assembly cover.
Step 3 :
Use the disassembled factory hardware and gasket installation kit to install the board exhaust block provided.
Step 4 :
Install the intake block O-plate with O-ring using the provided hex head bolts.
Step 5 :
Install the provided mounting bracket and hardware to secure the hard pressure pipeline bolted to the back of the EGR cooler. The bolts on the engine are located at the top of the passenger's rear, where the black plastic intake manifold meets the cast aluminum intake manifold.
Step 6 :
1.Install the bracket. The M10 bolt will be screwed into the support bolt. Secure the transmission dipstick to the bracket using 1/4-20 bolts, nuts, and washers.
2.The bracket will hold the coolant hose connector in place.
